I am receiving confirmation... yes, Charles Marquardt reports that the 3:43 felt "smooooooooooth"

Could this possibly be one of the best years for d3 distance wise? Every event 800-10k is stacked with fast times
So really, how short is that swathmore track? Could someone take a wheel to it. I'm going to ballpark it at 395m or 400 yards.
P.S. Jamie Norton wasn't a 4:06 miler until he ran on that track. Now he is in fact a 4:06 miler.
Nick Willis paced them through 1100.

That's pretty awesome. He ran 1300m of the 3:36 race to help his teammates out and was still able to do 1100 at 3:43 pace what--five minutes later?
The professional heat was last and the heat with Marquardt and Hernandez were first, so he got a good amount of rest. Still impressive that he could do that and at the same time pace it perfectly.
Its arriving at that time of the year again folks... come on. Lets hear it.
Oles 1-2-3 in the 1500. That is all.

At MIAC's last week? That was a good effort.
MIAC thread says that Campbell and Escher closed that 1500 in 53 which means Coffey must have also closed in a 54. I think the Oles could put 3 in the top 5
Ok, the winning time was 4:07. After jogging around for 1100, they'd better be able to run 90-95% of their 400 ability. 1500 last year closed in 54 in a 3:49 race. A 4:07-8 final time doesn't tell you much about what they will be able to do at nationals.
Certainly Campbell and Escher are scrubs who can't hang with the top returners from last year
That time might not tell you much but their two 3:44/3:45s which mirror their results from last year, in addition to their strong finishes at the last 6 (5 for jake) NCAA Championships including xc would suggest that they will be contenders/favorites. Coffey isn't quite as sure fire, but if we've learned anything from the past few championships it's that the Oles will be running well.
is there a live results link for the Gregory meet at NCC?
What meets haven't been reported yet and are there live results of them?
