Psssst coach, do not tell anyone but let someone else run a sub 25 on a treadmill, take picture of the stats and send in as evidence, now your in the clear, but hushhush
Today I did little shorter easy run and 6 k @ 6:58 min/ k .
Have got little problem with back pain last 2 weeks probably due to I then did squats with barbell 15 kg on my shoulders . Today felt little better but I think I have to gradually train my nowadays week back muscles.

A couple local guys over 60 still are high 16 or mid17 guys. As far as I can tell they never stopped racing or training.
5 minutes is a lot even when running so slow. You didn't go from 14:20 to 25 minutes overnight and likely will take years to get back to 20 Min. You will still have to put in the work over a long period of time (years).
Gosh no. My college PR was 15:20. I didn't run for 20 years. I got talked into doing a charity run at work at age 45 on no training and I ran 19:30. I started training a bit and hit 16:45 3 months later.

You must have been in decent shape during that "no training" layoff that lasted 20 years? 🙂

Coach J.S.is already 66, so if he puts in years of work, as you put it, he'll already be 70+ and very few people can run at a good pace at 70+.
With all due respect, I advise people 65+ to focus more on diverse fitness activities like swimming, biking, light weights etc. Former elite runners seldom, if ever, show good form in their later years.
If it makes him happy - by all means, but I have reservations about running, 60+. I think there are better, more healthy, forms of exercise.

Your college PR was 1520 and then 20 years later you claim to have achieved 1645 at age 45 plus so either I see that your college PR was nowhere near your ability or you're not being quite truthful because the drop off between 15:20 in your early 20's and 16:45 at 45+ is absolutely minimal and almost nobody can show that type of minimal loss of form at age 45 plus.

But coached by your buddy JS it's ofcourse very much possible. Just look at all his "cases" you have seen
