He will never confess, and yes, he will be just fine after retiring from "racing." This case is kind of different in that Rosie, Julie, Kip, and Mike all acted alone, and Frank did not. Maybe at some point, one of his chauffeurs/apologists/defenders will get sick and tired of lying and humiliating themselves for him. That has to get old at some point.

What’s great about Frank’s situation is that there is photographic evidence. The others were all cheaters, but undoubtedly convinced some(nonrunners) of their innocence.

For Frank, the gig is up. He looks even more foolish with his denials when the evidence is caught on film.

I just went back and re-read some of FM's quotes. He's dug himself into a deep, deep hole... what was he thinking??

Caught on film, indeed! LAM officials said they reviewed video surveillance from nearby stores. I'll bet for sure there's a clip of him getting in or out of a car.

That means the evidence is out there. Once you see that, you see the license plate, and BADA BING! Accomplice identified!

So if anybody from the course neighborhood shared video from your store, please also share it with

It should list every race and then add supporting links/photos/evidence under each race.

No need to turn it into articles. Let doubler do that as he gets time. We just need a one stop shop of all evidence. Maybe deadesq or someone could set that up? Work is so busy right now or I would set something up.

One of the factors that led to Rosie Ruiz's undoing was her chance encounter with freelance photographer Susan Morrow on a subway train headed for the finish line of the NY Marathon, a race Ruiz falsely claimed to have run in order to get a BQ.

After news of Ruiz's Boston "win" broke, Morrow came forward with the story of their meeting, which led to Ruiz's DQ from NY, and ultimately from Boston as well.

Given all the races Frank has cheated at over the years, and the probably hundreds of race course exits and re-entries he made while cheating, there have got to be some people out there who conversed with Frank while he was off course, and who he gave BS stories to in order to cover his cheating. (Just as Ruiz told Morrow she had sprained an ankle early in the race but wanted to go to Central Park to see the finish). Maybe Frank said he was dropping out due to this or that ailment, or that he needed to answer the call of nature and was returning to the race. Whatever.

If only one or more of those people were to find out about Frank's shenanigans, recollect their encounter and come forward -as Ms. Morrow did- that would be yet another nail in an already airtight coffin.

Wasn't there a poster earlier in the thread who saw Frank off the course, only to be surprised by seeing a result for him, later. Wonder if he contacted LAM and told his tale.

This runner frequently appears right after Frank in photos (so running right behind him). in the sequences where Frank was spotted, it seems like this runner is looking staright forward then towards the end of the sequences often looks to his left. Maybe at Frank? (thinking, "How does this guy keep stopping to stretch and then magically appear in front of me. Also, why does the El Capitan theater smell like the urine of a 70 year old man?")

I wouldn't do that. You'll swamp the photo sites' bandwidth and they'll make it harder for people to browse the photos for future cases.

What if I limit it to only being able to download 100 at a time? That's not strenuous.

I think there's some truth in that, in fact I think he covers more than the official distance, only trouble is it's in car around side streets.
