No. When employment is not diverse an inclusion initiative becomes mandatory. Meaning any establishment that employs a high percentage of white men is not exemplifying equal opportunity

Everyone should stay away from the Lake Superior job. LSSU is a very bad place run by even worse people. If you're looking to be crapped on, lied about and just generally miserable, then, by all means, apply for that job. Otherwise, run as fast as your distance running legs will carry you in the opposite direction.

Consistent with that I heard as well. I will not be applying for that one.

I'm trying to scare everyone away from that craphole. I'll reiterate my earlier statement: Run! Run away! Run as fast as your slow twitch legs will take you.

I don’t think you can apply for a coach emeritus position.

Well I was mistaken. Hart has been a paid coach since he “stepped down” as head coach and into the director role in 2005. My guess is they hire someone with a Baylor background.
