trying to kiss someone is not a criminal act. giving them no chance to deny you likely is. there is a bit of a huge grey area concerning how retarded their attempt to deny you is allowed to be. for example can they attempt to deny you 5 years after the fact with no visible denial at time of "crime"?

Let’s complete the circle. I wouldn’t agree with any suggestion that “sexual misconduct” includes conduct that is not sexual in nature, no matter how many people you find that agree with you. I don’t know if I would disagree with your employer, until I’ve read their code of conduct and policies to see how they would classify your hypothetical firing. I don’t know if I disagree with SafeSport, as I don’t know which conduct was considered “sexual misconduct”. I agree with pretty much everything Becca said — she is about the only one here providing insight and clarity on this topic. Was there something specific you had in mind that I may have missed? Rekrunner you might want to tone it down just a tad as we all know you have a crush on Becca but try not to entirely relinquish whatever objectivity you aspire to. Becca is in a position to know a bit more about this than most. That is all and that is helpful but…

Did you click the links? In the first case, the man was dashing by the reporter and kissed her on the cheek. What do you call that? He didn’t restrain her.
