Anyone who has been to prison and/or jail knows there are stark differences between the two in terms of quarters, commissary, penitence, yards, religious services and many more factors influencing the quality of one's incarceration. It's not a bagel/donut type situations like these liberals would have you believe per their agenda and narrative.

In a big joint like San Quentin or Angola, you can find damn near any high. You can score by the cap, the bag, the bindle, the bundle, the half load, nickel, dime, quarter, trey bag - you just call it and they got it. I'm talking 'ludes, crank, bombitas, coke, cartwheels, yellow jackets, reds, greens, rainbows, beans. They have STP and PCP and DMT and LSD, and psilocybin and mescaline, and THC, amphetamine, meth, phenobarbital, benzedrine, dexedrine, librium, miltown, dilaudid, morphine, and even high end goofballs. You name it.
But in some lame-ass county cooler like in Buzzard's Breath, Idaho or somewhere, you are going to have a much harder time getting geared up. They just don't have the operations.
He has never been to prison. He HAS been to jail but he was never incarcerated. Jail is short-term and prison is long term. For instance, Danny Masterson has been holed up in jail while they decide which prison they will send him to.
