2) Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven images: Um...his life is an idol...to HIMSELF.

3) Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain: Um...yeah right. He's on tape doing that. Even I have done that (though it's not a habit of mine), and I'm the best there is.

4) Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy: Um...he's not a religious person. He doesn't keep the Sabbath holy. Give me a freakin' break you Christians who believe Trump is a "man of God." WTF is wrong with you people?

5) Honor thy father and thy mother: Um...he has done anything but that. He has said horrible things about both of his parents even though Daddy is the only reason he has money, and he went against Fred Trump's wishes and has run Fred Trump's company into the ground.

6) Thou shalt not kill: Um...I won't count this one as a FOR SURE, but it could be argued that his stance and slow action on COVID-19 directly led to the death of thousands if not more, and it could be argued that his Jan. 6 nonsense led to the death of several on that day. I certainly wouldn't defend him on this one.

7) Thou shalt not commit adultery: Um...holy freakin' crap! The only question is how many times did he do this for each wife?

8) Thou shalt not steal: Um...his Trump Foundation was taken away because of his fraud (stealing). His Trump Organization is about to be dissolved because of his stealing. He has ripped people off for decades (stealing).

9) Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor: Um...LYING?! He has probably told more lies than anyone ever.

10) Thou shalt not covet (not thy neighbor's wife or neighbor's house or anything else): Um...right. Shall not covet your son-in-law's wife either.

First off, haven't you and I been on this thread long enough for you to know that you're preaching to the choir? I don't want to put too much time into this, but off the top of my head, the following, probably top 3, categories come to mind:

1) People who pay very, very little attention to the news. They ACTUALLY don't know much about just how bad he is. On the one hand, that sounds crazy. On the other hand, lots of people couldn't find India on a map if their lives depended on it. If you can have tens of millions of the latter, you can have tens of millions of the former.

2) People who know a far bit more about him, but are weak enough thinkers that right-wing media, through a lack of coverage of him and dishonest and hyperbolic coverage of "the other side," has them not seeing things accurately.

3) PEOPLE ARE COMPLICATED AND STRANGE AND PERPLEXING AND SURPRISING AND CONTRADICTORY AND.....

And again, this is a GOOD thing. There are people who own lots of red hats and have FJB stickers on their trucks and even marched on the capitol on 6 Jan. who would pull over and risk their lives saving you from your burning vehicle this evening. Or take your family in for months if your house burned down tonight. And a million other examples.

Random good deeds don't make someone a good person. It is NOT POSSIBLE to be a decent person and continue to want to vote for and support Donald Trump.
