Yesterday I filled up my car at the local Kroger gas station.
Gas was $2.88.
I got $1 off due to my Kroger discount, so I paid $1.88 a gallon.

Guess that a benefit of inflation. I rack up more Kroger fuel points since I’m spending so much more on groceries. Yay, I saved $0.40 per gallon because I’m spending more in the grocery store. I’ll use that as a coping mechanism. And I actually just went to Kroger Sunday and bought groceries, they’re still expensive.

I'm in the New York City area and encountered many, many Biden voters. Every one that I spoke with was actually voting against President Trump, not for Joe.
TBF I have to add that I'm now encountering some people who are actually for Biden: They like some of the stuff he's done. But there were very few "fors" in 2020, just a lot of "agins."

Good luck predicting home prices. Could fall yeah with these mortgage rates. But home prices are rising as we speak, not falling. At all-time highs in fact.
We have the opposite of a recession - we have an economic boom. After-inflation GDP is surging 3-5%.
