If Trump has already been found guilty of the fraud by and large and we are simply determining the amount he will pay, Trump could view any attempt to convince anyone of anything in the court as not worth it. So he would like to be able to have one individual. (the judge) that he can malign and attack and cry that he is a victim of. That would be difficult with a jury of his peers.

It is time for the media in this country to stop treating this like a normal horse race and both siding everything. They have completely stopped covering the crazy stuff he says at his rallies. How did you come up with that number? Did you just pull it out of your …? So far no banks or insurers have come forward claiming to have been defrauded. You know why? Because they do their own determinations as to what something is worth.
Ever looked at your home insurance policy? Insurers typically try to over value your property so they can charge you more on the premium. Trump actually would have lost money if they were insuring him for the higher amount.
