There are also strong indicators that Trump is trying to play the martyr in his DC trial too. his lawyers are making idiotic moves from a legal perspective. He seems to be goading the judge into a gag order but she is very smart and not taking his bait.
His legal goals are delay, delay and delay. And publicly play the victim. It will work with the dumb crowd but you need to watch the big $ donors that steer the GOP ship. They seem to be done with Trump.
