Fair enough, but admitting the Via cheat and how it was done wouldn't affect a preliminary hearing for assault, in fact in would be advantageous if used as part of the "He's changed his ways Your Honor..." defense.
Also, it would get the 12 trolls off his back and this thread would die, OK so he's going to get PhillyMag loser of the year for the third time but after that if he really does change his ways he can ride off in to the sunset and never be heard of again. Surely this has got to be a good thing for his kids?

The problem is that you make sense to everyone but Mike. He doesn't care about his wife and he doesn't care about his kids.
I'm sure he cars about his wife and kids, that's ludicrous. No, I'm not Mike, never met the guy and don't care too either, but you're going to far unless you know him personally. God takes care of everything in the end. He knows he didn't run that pace and he knows how he got to the finish line. Anyone who runs knows too. So please, give it up. Maybe one day in the future he'll admit what he did and I actually believe he will. How he did it, who cares if he got in a car, it's not rocket science as there are only a few ways to get there faster than running.

What is the probability that Mike still actually posts? I know way back Rojo nailed him with IP addresses, but seems unlikely to me that Mike would still post.
For the record, I hope Mike turns his life around. Hope he can kick the addiction of narcissism and start caring about things that truly matter.

You don't like the claims that you hit your wife, you are spending many posts trying to pick semantic holes in what has been released.

Sounds plain enough to me. But he can't state that he didn't hit Cindy because he did hit Cindy. It's the same quagmire as: "who are you that I need to show the Via pics of me on the course."
If it was any other woman the charges would never be dropped and the victim would be looking for a huge payday in civil court. So come September 18th if the charges are indeed dropped that's all the proof anyone needs to ascertain it was Cindy he hit. But Mike's spin will be: " there was no charge brought therefore I never hit anybody" ..... but how does that explain the Kotex on his chin, the marks on his neck, and the court docket charge along with the police stating it was a domestic issue and he hit a 47 year old woman? Like I stated before, it doesn't matter what happens September 18th, we all know he hit his wife and he cheated Via. And the more he come on here to engage us the more pages to the thread will be added along with screen shots of his threats for the world to see. What a dumbazz

How do you know ExpertKipWatcher never punched a woman? I know that there is no reason to believe he has, but really, how can you make such a declaration on an anon. basis.
