This thread has changed drastically, Sputnik. It started off as a traditional partisan thing with neither side scoring any real points. You don't know that she is a DEI admit, and Vance wasn't relevant to this discussion. But if speculation is fair, note that by the time Vance went to law school many law schools had special admit programs that not only encompassed racial minorities but also whites with disadvantage backgrounds. It is entirely possible that Vance played up his hillbilly background and junkie mom to get admitted when he otherwise would not have.
