Yes, most of the people killed by police have sone sort of weapon. That’s make perfect sense.
If you don’t have a weapon, your chances of being shot are very low; that’s why less than 50 ( I was just giving you black/white)…. It’s pretty much the same every year.
We’re talking hundreds of thousands(maybe millions?) of encounters every year.
Certainly not a major problem in our society, as compared to the violent crime/murder rate for black Americans especially. The police are the ones called 24/7 to have to go deal with it. Of course you will have shootings.
