It goes without saying, you can only pull off large-volume election fraud in large, democrat-infested cities and they simply couldn't cover the entire nation that was leaning overwhelming towards Trump.
The Democrats fraud-squads went hard and deep in corrupt Democrat cities in swing states where the machinery was already in place for them to get away with it.
On the other hand, a small town in western Pennsylvania 1. has too few votes to worry about and 2. has fewer people able and willing to support blatant fraud, and 3. because of that smaller fraud support-group and the more familial nature of these communities, you're more likely to be found out.
Bottom line: this election is coming down to the city of Philadelphia. If people understood the corruption and sh&t that goes down in Philadelphia politics - it would make you puke. The Philadelphia Democrat machine was so overwhelmed by the Trump numbers, they had to take shortcuts on their fraudulent mail-in ballots that their social workers/union member/postal workers systematically collected from nursing homes/family members/non-forwarded mail.
They were up against a deadline imposed by the state legislature and literally didn't have time to fill out the whole ballot.
Trump had 700,000 vote lead on election day; the Philadelphia democrat fraud-squad didn't expect a number like that. They had to get sloppy - the wrong person will have been brought in and they'll squeak.
Letrunners need to understand how sloppy and dirty the Philadelphia politics game is. You're going to find fraud everywhere in that city.

Trump was the only president in our lifetimes to actively take steps against this.
The renegotiated trade deals, the go-ahead on oil production (lowing gasoline, home heating prices), the reduction (and later suspension) of H1-B visas, helped people get better and higher paying jobs with less taxes removed and lower costs of living (outside of liberal, high-priced cities).
The 1% were freaking out about this so their henchmen (via the legacy media) got everyone riled-up (think about the Trump-derangement syndrome people you know) which made the populace super susceptible to slight agitations. The Wuhan virus (an exogenous variable, no doubt) was the spark needed to get these people ready to go nuts - just in time for the lie that was BLM and the ensuing riots.
Don't think for a minute these ingredients weren't put in place to create a climate that would create a feeling like it was ok to get rid of Trump.
There's a reason why every Democrat and a lot of legacy Republicans are trying to kick him out the door before the legal votes are counted and the court process plays out.
