Hunter is going to keep the light shining on how bad his father's mental fragility really is. When Joe goes to pardon Hunter that will be the last straw with thinking voters. He is a serious liability to the liberal agenda. His loyalty to Hunter will ultimately bring him down.

That being said, I think Dems might be gaming the polls to show more support than he actually has to try to get him to win the primary as he is the opponent least likely to beat bumbling Biden. I think Desantis wins in a rout if he gets the nod. Regardless, as a conservative, I just want to see anyone but a Democrat win. Thus, I will be throwing my support behind the West campaign.

I wouldn't be that confident just yet. There are still major issues with dems cheating in Maricopa County (AZ), Atlanta suburbs (GA) and Dominion machines which can be easily hacked.

I think you underestimate how much people dislike Biden. The looming recession couldn’t come at a worse time for someone who is already extraordinarily unpopular:
Ultimately people vote their pocketbook. With most Americans losing wealth over the past two years due to inflation, increasing unemployment simultaneous with increases in fuel costs, the likelihood of Biden getting re-elected will be slim regardless of the opponent.
