Every time I open one of these threads, it feels like watching two people fist-fight in a sauna over who invented running.

Anyway, if anyone needs a break from solving democracy tonight, I made a site called Running Made Easy. It’s free — just training plans, shoe tips, and a few pages reminding you that running can still be dumb and fun without a political affiliation.

There’s even an “Extreme Running” section if you’d rather sprint through a volcano than refresh this thread again.
