Great run for sure. I'm happy for him and beyond impressed that with that many people hanging on his every step that he still went out and nailed it.
I'll be interested to see if/how he describes his build and if/how a 3+ hour marathoner could use it. A lot of the marathon specific stuff he did couldn't be matched by someone decently slower - long runs equivalent in time to his marathon time, 5x5km, etc. I think he solved the marathon question for himself, but I think 99% of the Strava crowd would crash and burn trying to replicate that build.
