The stock market takes information and predicts what will happen 8-12 months out.

The stock market has taken in all the data and decided it's a boom and businesses are thriving.

The stock market is surging, at all time highs (again) today.

In other words, the stock market absolutely loves Joe Biden's policies.

The stock market thinks Dem policies are great for business.

You might want to think the same thing. Unless you are smarter than the stock market.

Are they willing to pay people enough though? I doubt most who need it see unemployment benefits as a long term replacement of a job. We have serious structural unemployment issues in this country, for many reasons.

this is all on a spectrum.

Clearly there are a lot of people who will not work unless they really really really have to.

For those people, extended unemployment and handouts will keep them on their couch instead of working. They aren't our best people.

Interesting question if we are 'training' them not to work. Spectrum of humanity. Who knows.

In any case, no doubt companies will have to raise wages and that is a very good thing for us all. That's the goal of the bidens...to build up the economy from workers on up.

GOP 'make the rich richer and hope they invest' works sometimes but not in this economy, I think.

It is quite a bit to ask of Rs for them to figure out that Rs are losers. Not an easy thing to do.
