If you scroll back to my original response yesterday, I merely corrected the statement that I was charged with simple assault. The court documents posted here stated the charge was simple assault, not domestic violence as an aggravating circumstance. I am not going into the details on this board, if you want to know the details then as suggested previously, anyone is free to go the police records office and request a copy of the incident report and/or attend the preliminary hearing to watch as the charge is....dropped.

She has been cowed and will likely be unable to defend herself. The court has the power to attempt to help but with the system being overloaded unlikely to waste time on Rossi.
However, if anyone near to the family can call the DA's office and voice their concerns with some supporting evidence then he may get the start of the justice he needs and deserves.
