Without knowing yet if this new Kenyan phenom is for real, Alder has to now be the favorite to win NXN.

She just won Woodbridge and her coach is same as Hedengren, so there should be a nice plan to get her from Woodbridge to Glendomere.

We'll watch NXR Southeast to see if the new kid is on the start line.

I'm just calling my shot early on Alder vs. this strong field. She was actually slower this year at Woodbridge, so I guess there is more in the tank. Add in that they now have this familiar template to get to year end and that's where I'll put my chips.

Where has this been confirmed, please? I'm just slightly skeptical about anything said about Leachman on this forum, because of past...instances.

I know someone who is friends with Leachman and they told me that it was "very unlikely" that Leachman would be running xc this fall. However, that is not a guarantee she won't run.

Regarding what the other poster claimed, neither Leachman nor her coaches has officially "confirmed" she won't be running.
