This is what the right wing does. He was screamed questions by multiple reporters across a parking lot or street as he was entering his vehicle. Of course the question is heard loud and clear by you and I the viewer of the video because the microphone is right there with the questioner. Biden is old and his facial expressions obviously show he did not hear the full question. I have an aging father and know that smile very well when they pretend they heard it but didn't.
Now if you google "Biden no comment Maui" you will see hundreds of right wing stories picked around the globe about how Biden does not care about people that were burned to death. Even the freeking India Times.

Bidenism is actually the conservative option when making a decision of who to vote for.
Vote for Rs and you get insurrection, criminal politicians, open corruption in the WH, open nepotism, unqualified people in government, daily scandals, crazy deficits...and oh yeah the two leading candidates both want to toss all or parts of the constitution.
or vote for biden and get 3.5% unemployment, solid economic growth, the nation is at peace, wages are rising, absolutely zero corruption in the WH, no promises to tear up all or parts of the Constitution...
