And he should get hired. We all learn more from our failures that our successes. Knowledge comes with time (provided effort is given). Wisdom comes from experience, both good and bad (which requires time). Provided Kevin learns from previous experience (has gained wisdom), he is undoubtedly more qualified and better than a young start up coach.
You must be joking. This is a guy who has admitted to showing up to practice and meets drunk, drove the team in the van while drunk, had many inappropriate relationships with athletes, was getting drunk with athletes and was actively trying to sleep with even more athletes.
Anyone who says he deserves another chance should be lobotomized.
