Proposes abolishing the Dept of Education. Ironic because a lot of schools in low income areas who voted hard for Trump in the south depend on federal grants.
Calls for downsizing the EPA and abolishing NOAA.
It seeks to place a whole lot of agencies under executive control: FBI, DOJ, Federal Trade Commission, etc.
Reclassifying thousands of civil servant positions as appointees.
Cut funding for Medicaid.
Defunding the Corporation and Public Broadcasting.
Banning porn.
Rename HHS to the Department of Life.
Life begins at conception.
Those are the highlights.
It seems to forge a very top heavy executive driven government, except in certain instances where states should have full control.
