I choose not to patronize media or product adverts which feature trans-actors/influencers. I am not triggered by them, I just ignore them when possible and do not purchase the products they want me to buy. It is my right as an American. This is a country that is based on a different set of values than those expoused by Democrat party. As we become overrun further by people escaping their homelands "for a better life" we find that our life becomes a little less less apeeling each day. I know you guys hate Trump for reasons I personally think are trumped up, but he is the only chance this country has before it becomes a third world country. I miss the country I grew up in, but I truely believe that this is our last chance to get any semlence of that back.

well said. Trump is a great salesman and that's what makes him a great politician. He is very very good at it. He projects that he believes everything he says and that he is being his true self and that he is having fun. No other politician does that. To m'aga, he is an entertainer - someone to look up and see what crazy stuff he is up to now. It's a show, and with today's celebrity worship you just like being associated with him.
Maybe Mayor Pete also projects the same honesty. He has fun with it too, and seems to be projecting his true self. But of course he lacks the charisma of DJT.

Trump can entertain a crowd. Trump has charisma no doubt. It’s not the type of charisma that 80% of the country buy into or get conned by. How many of us could possibly sit there for 3 hours in an airport hanger to hear him yammer on about he is the best at everything and everyone else is corrupt and awful? But his followers eat that up. “Rob” DeSantis has none of that. He is painful to listen to. Even to those that get woodies for the woke stuff.

Why do you guys want to go out of your way to give pretty much any kind of pass to adults who find Trump “charismatic” or entertaining or fun or “real”?
