Man this thread has slowed down. What will be opening up for the fall?
It's because of the new rules on the boards. You can't post under a different anonymous user name more than once a week. This thread used to be people responding to themselves under a different name arguing with themselves about the same jobs or the same people trying to stir things up. Now they aren't allowed to do that.
And I guess because there aren't a ton of great jobs out there. It will pick up in the late spring and especially in the early summer but I don't think this thread will ever be what it once was, which is good.
Big SEC HC job opening at the end of this year and it is not the one you would think.

He does not know anything...he is just guessing that between potential retirements and firings we are likely to see turnover at at-least one of the following schools: Tennessee, Vanderbilt, South Carolina, Auburn or Missouri. If you make broad predictions about a high profile conference with 14 teams you are bound to be right most of the time.

This just in, there is going to be some big DII movement in the next few months. But it's not who you think it is.

Ncaa DIII Aurora University Head Job is open! Seems like they have been one of the better track teams in the conference. No indoor or outdoor track facility? Could They be better in XC? Their times are very very slow on both sides. Just wondering if anyone had any input?

Wow, breaking news! What does everyone think about this jaw-dropping story? With details like these, there isn't much to discuss 8o
well there will be some movement in the SEC like every year...not far off on that. Maybe some old folks retirements (couple HCs over 65) or HCs in their final contract year (UGA) that haven't been renewed yet? Some underperforming schools (the ones mentioned above) make a change? Rumors are brewing, guess we will find out soon
whats up at concordia portland? their entire roster is up on the portal for men and women
The school announced it's closing down due to financal and enrollment issues.
