The guilty party's last name is "Varicelly," and he appears to be a high-school aged youth who committed the transgressions set forth herein.
The innocent party's last name is "Varicelli," and he appears to be a 22-year old individual who may have run in the past but who is not associated with the other Terry.
Unfortunately, the latter Terry will have his name associated with the former, and both will suffer the ill effects of this thread and the article.
