What orders of Nixon did Haldeman carry out that led to charges and incarceration? Nixonian never told Haldeman to commit perjury. Perjury is a personal choice that each individual must make according to his/her means.

Pence was insubordiante. There is nothing regarding choosing electors that is punishable in criminal law.

Haldeman was also convicted of conspiracy and obstruction of justice. He carried out Nixon's instructions to have the CIA pressure the FBI into dropping its Watergate investigation.

Pence was not insubordinate because the VP does not report to the President, unlike cabinet members and staff. Their role is to advise. Only Congress has the authority to remove a VP from office through impeachment, not the President. Or, in the case of Agnew, he resigned because he was facing criminal charges.

Of course you can go to prison for following orders. If the action you take is illegal, it is no defense to say that your boss told you to do it.

As for the specific actions requested of Pence, accepting alleged electors for a state chosen contrary to the method in force for that state and after a slate of electors was chosen pursuant to the state's approved method violates federal law and may well constitute conspiracy to commit election fraud. And Pence was well advised by competent lawyers who studied the relevant law.

Trump tried to replace the Acting Attorney General with a patsy. He changed his mind when everyone of any significance in the DOJ threatened to resign.

Matt Gaetz, Mo Brooks, Andy Biggs, Scott Perry, Louie Gohmert, and Marjorie Taylor Greene all asked for pardons. Jim Jordan also inquired about a pardon. Gaetz asked for a pardon from basically the beginning of time.

Presenting yourself or helping others to present themselves as electors when they are not so as to change the results of an honest election is a serious crime.

Today was the attack of the honest ethical republicans against the numerous spineless lying republicans. As a conservative is just felt good to see a few Republicans who I could admire. So many elected Republicans are so fearful of Trump and repeat that ridiculous Trump won lie, it was just good to see some with ETHICS!

Asking for a pardon is an admission of guilt. Burdick v. United States, 236 U.S. 79 (2015). These are felonies that these individuals have confessed to.

Fox news is predictably attacking Liz Chaney. Liz Chaney was born a republican conservative and has been her entire life. Donald Trump has changed parties 3 times and would quickly do so again if he thought it would profit himself or he could commit more crimes. So who exactly is the RINO?

Well, the 80 plus lawsuits alleging this were all tossed out of court, many by Republican judges, including 18 who were appointed by Trump. So who you gonna believe? The 80 judges, or your gut feeling about "vote patterns?"

In those three key states where Trump had substantial leads on Wed morning with most of the votes counted, the late counted votes came in in the following days with more than 80% going to Biden in each case. A pattern that did not hold in those states for other offices (just the presidential election). This is simply not possible.
