Your facts are wrong. EVs will work for anyone who has access to charging. And getting that access is not hard. It costs very little to install a 240V charger if that's what you need. Almost every building in America already has a 240V circuit. A lot of people get by on 120V charging, which is absolutely everywhere.

We don't know anything about that study because nobody on this thread has actually read it. As for other studies, I have never seen one with an 80% number. Consistently, about 90% to 98% of EV owners say they will buy another EV. But still, 80% isn't to shabby.
If you buy a new gas car you are an idiot. But if you think widespread EV adoption isn't going to happen, you are an even bigger idiot. The only thing stopping it right now is that they can't make them fast enough.
