Yes, as a 60+ runner myself, who loves a feed and a good drink, I would love to know from 'Loony Race Carder' how I can still run fast times without worrying about muscle tone, body weight and all those 'frankly' irrelevant stuff.

First, you might not be aware of this but Frank is deathly allergic to eggs. Getting enough protein for regular runners is easy, but it makes them just that -- regular runners. Frank invests a lot of time researching alternative sources of protein. He hesitates to call these superfoods but proof is in the pudding.

Frank maintains historic levels of hydration which are unheard of in normal circumstances. While some have found his hydration a point of contention due to his urination during the marathon, in reality it fuels his engine like a race car. He starts with a "full tank" and as he "expells" himself during the race he is dropping weight, getting faster, allowing him to post significantly negative splits.

Just imagine if Kipchoge heard about this...he will be doing the breaking 1 project....and the further he runs the faster he will go.

I hesitate to respond to 'Took me a while'. These race-baiting posts seem more the invention of a right-wing fanatic posing as a Latino-Friend-of-Frank.

That said, the LRF and Marathon Investigations had nothing to do with Meza's 2014 and 2016 DQ's at the CIM marathon. The 'evidence' at those two races showed that Frank's (and only Franks) splits between specific timing mats were erratic and in at least one instance, better than the current world record for his then age group. On top of that, Frank (and only Frank) did not appear in 'on course' photos or in an on course video.

Oh, and since you claim to be a real person in the LA/Latino running community, I assume you know: Jesus Hernandez, Jeff Padilla? Gregorio Lopez? Carlos Saturno?

Let us know who they are and what they all have in common. I'll take my answer off the air

I for one am willing to be objective and give the guy a fair shake. Do you know his weekly running mileage? What pace/mile does he train at? What is his daily caloric intake on his special diet? How does he overcome hyponatrinia with that hydration level?

What is odd to me is that you assume that I am Latin because I support Latinos? As if a Caucasian running fan could not support Frank or LHS...? Why would you assume that?

The thing I'm most interested in his how did he do it?

I mean LA is point to point. And we know he ran like .8 of a mile at one point. So if he runs there and back (to a car) but waits a bit before it, you are talking like 1.6miles. I'm not sure he's fast enough to run that far, drive the car, etc.

Uber isnt' real reliable unless you tell the driver you'll pay for 3 hours worth of work.

A bike isn't easy to pull of either.

Maybe I should cheat in LA next year. I've always claimed I should "run" lehigh valley in the same time as Mike Rossi. There is no way I could run that fast but I want to hit the timing mats and finish in his time and see if they DQ me. Maybe I should fly out to LA and try their 'minor league' race as well. I can write if off as a business expense and the wife will be thrilled to get some sunshine.

Any suggestions on the best way for me to hit all of the timing mats within say 30 seconds of an even split while barely running?

We're here now debating a race where he hit every mat, consistently, and verified that he ran at least .8 miles and we're trying to fit our narrative that he cheated based on a presumption. If the entire running community can't figure out how he did it, or prove it, what are the chances that a 70 year old runner who probably barely knows about the internet has outsmarted all you geniuses for over a decade? I'm skeptical.

If Frank previously ran a 2:20, and runs for fun, and doesn't care about PRs or WRs, and decided to take a break and ended up running a 2:54, what difference does it make to any of you? Who cares if he used the bathroom or stretched or even grabbed a burger? He's a hobby jogger and according to literally everyone he knows him he can legitimately run fast.

The rest of us see the impossible splits, loitering beside the road before re-entering the course, missed timing mats at multiple marathons, historical disqualifications, continuous video footage of a segment of one race where Frank does not make a running appearance.

Sir, as a seasoned defense attorney, and much as it pains me to concede this point, the evidence presented thus far would in a court of law in the State of California meet not only the proponent's burden of production of evidence but also the "more likely than not" burden of proof applicable in a civil action. Moreover, any attempt by Meza and/or his co-conspirator(s) to assert claims against any individual who expresses an opinion that Meza has engaged in long-term, deliberate, and systematic cheating in multiple marathon events in flagrant violation of those events' express terms and conditions and rules of fair play would be frivolous and would immediately draw an anti-SLAPP motion which, when granted, would require a Meza to pay the proponent's attorney fees and costs. Not even 5 pages ago one of your crackpot investigators posted the wrong group of runners and claimed Frank was not in it so he must have cheated. Of course he wasn't in it. It was half marathoners. He wasn't supposed to be there! We're supposed to buy anything when he have "evidence" like that? That's how people get wrongly convicted. Nobody has yet to call the investigator out on that. They just carried on following the narrative.

If he isn't running for time, who cares if he loiters?

You know how many people take breaks in marathons? Tons of them. Onee time I started a race with a jacket and as I got warmed up I took it off. God forbid someone finds a picture of that and calls into question my result or makes me lose my medical practice over it.
