Of the video posted, there is no chain of custody to guarantee authenticity.

You have not shown that anything has been altered. You have the same resources as everyone else — same access to time splits, same access to photographic records, same access to video records. The case against Meza is specific and reasoned and supported by evidence. But all you do is play a race card without actually doing the work of counter argument. You are no Henry Louis Gates, Jr.

Just for the record, cutting the course at Pike's Peak would be impossible. It's up a mountain, no opportunities for cutting.

He ran a 2:53:10, while admitting to taking several breaks, and having a bad heart, so his time could have been much lower. At 70+ you believe he could do a 2:15. Yet there is no verifiable fellow runner in the LA area who agrees with this. If he was so great wouldn’t the CIM want him in their race, instead of two DQs and a lifetime ban?

We don’t get a lot of info on Frank other than what’s publicly available. I would like to know about his training routine, this diet you mention, and how he manages this with his busy schedule. I agree there is a lot of negative on this thread, take the opportunity to add some positives about Frank’s regime.

I think i should offer $20,000 for a 20:03 - the split for his first 5k. I mean come on the number of 70 years olds that can run 20:03 has to be less than like 5 in the country. Anyone know? This guy is a fraud. Now way can he do it.
Maybe I'll go out and time trial tomorrow. I'm not convinced I could run 20:00 and I was a 2:23 marathoner less than 20 years ago. This guy is 70 and a fraud.

Also, there's plenty of evidence. I'm just trying to understand your angle. I feel sorry for Frank, but only in the same way I feel sorry for a drunk driver after they've sobered up.
