Thats a little in the air.... along with the new baby came a lot of missed practices and poor availability unfortunately.

The Cornell's women XC roster website only has a volunteer coach listed as the women's coach, while the men's XC roster website has two coaches listed (Durant and Henderson).

Yah, I applied for the King job and emailed AD about 4 weeks ago and he said they would be making calls the next week. So I would think they would be announcing something soon. Anyone hear anything on the UMSL job opening? New program being started.
The King Job is just an example of an AD that spent very little time and resources making a hire. Not saying it’s the holy grail of jobs but there were several that applied with tons more experience and accolades than him . Wish him the best!
The way that program is run, no surprise there already is an opening.
Durant is in charge of the entire men's tf/xc program. The other guy does the actual coaching of the distance/xc runners.
They might be able to allot more time for interviews, but the team will definitely struggle with Hartung as head coach. She's young and does very little coaching. Pretty much just takes pictures at meets at this point. Definitely doesn't seem ready to handle a head coach position, but maybe could get them through fall. The team might just flail for a bit and struggle with recruiting
