Russia to "go home?" What? Did Russia quit & go home at the Stalingrad when they took a beating from the onset? No...5 months later & suffering over 1 million causalities, Russia destroy Germany's 6th army - Hitler's best & most proudest army corps. This defeat gave Hitler a nervous breakdown & he was never the same the rest of the war.
Field Marshal Konstatin Rokossovsky, a Polish-Russian, was one of the hero's of Stalingrad motivating & inspiring his troops when things looked very bad initially. I imagine there's a "Rokossovsky" among the Russian army capable of inspiring the troops.
Anybody that knows a little something about warfare realizes Russia will eventually overpower Ukraine & win the war. Since NATO & the U.S. will not directly enter the conflict (they're terrified of Russia's superior nuclear arsenal), Russia will eventually wear down the Ukrainian forces forcing an unconditional surrender, I believe, sometime this summer.
I love how they call it "evacuation", when in reality AZOV fighters surrendered and will have to face Russian war court now. What kind of evacuation is it, when fighters are taken by "enemy" side? LOL

Ukraine will eventially lose its entire shore along the Black Sea and Azov Sea to Russia. Probably a good time for Zelensky to begin negotiations if Ukrainians don't want to be asking for visa to go on a beach.
Azov is about to be finished and Ukrainian civilian fighters with no helmets and no vests are not gonna hold up too long. I can see this mess being over this summer, just in time for Ukrainians to apply for that visa to go to Odessa.

I know you are trolling, but the Russians have no gas left in the tank. They can't advance. They have to sit there and be shot at by UKR artillery and drones. All of those russian soldiers know comrades dead and wounded in the war- being stuck out in a trench while being shelled will only last so long. Remember that they are all in groups stitched together with surviving remnants of half destroyed other groups. This is not a well-oiled machine. It's a bunch of tired dirty half-defeated men living in dirt under threat of death from above at any moment.
the future for those guys is back to Russia, not forward to Ukraine.
