I was initially concerned about the threats of litigation that have swirled about this board, but I think I can safely back up my views with the evidence without fear of retribution. With that....
Time for a work break…LAM 2017.
Frank claimed a 2:57:30 at this race. Pretty clear from his prior “efforts” that he knew where the timing mats were. But he still can’t crack the problem of on-course photographers. So, here we go again.
Runner #108, the first runner on this sheet, finished in 2:35:59. The last runner on this sheet #23711 ran 2:58:25. The next to last guy, #1342, ran 2:57:45. Look, though, at the guy in the next-to-last row on photo 1005_0039. He is #1116, and he finished in 3:02:36. But here is the same guy, right next to Frank:

Frank’s 5K split was 44 seconds slower than #1116. At 10K, Frank was only 22 seconds behind #1116. At 15K, Frank dropped to 39 seconds behind #1116. At 20K, Frank was a full minute back of #1116.
Just to account for start time differential, #1116 started 9 seconds after the gun, and Frank started 37 seconds after the gun. Even accounting for this difference, Frank should have been seen within a minute or so of #1116 passing the camera in this series. These photos were taken between miles 4 and 5, near the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Downtown LA. According to Frank’s timing mats, he was gaining on #1116 between 5K and 10K where this series of photos was taken. Yet he ain’t there, is he?
Just to be thorough, I’m throwing in the next 50 shots, although many of these people ran slower times. You know the answer, but is Frank in ANY of these shots? Of course he’s not.
Oh, and I gotta give kudos to #1013 in the second contact sheet. Guy from Norway ran the entire race in a boxer's headgear boxing shorts and boxing gloves. And he still ran sub 3:05. Dude's a fighter for sure.
Just like Rossi, it looks like "mild-mannered" ole Frank is choosing to Go Down Ugly.

Here's some 70-year-old perspective. Last year, Gene Dykes won the USATF Masters 5k Championships in 19:27. 2nd place was about a minute slower.
It's only 3 minutes and possibly the runners he appears to keep up with are slowing and not running that fast.
A challenge to run his record marathon pace for 5k would be a very safe one for rojo.

These are some of the questions that I would like to see answered. Even if there were no co-conspirators, I would think that there were, at the very least, enablers. Why didn't others stage some sort of intervention at some point, especially after the CIM DQs? (I realize that it's possible that someone tried.) Even now, it's as if there is some sort of omerta at play.

Man...you'd think that he pretty much HAS to decide to come clean on all of this. He is "up there" in age where any day you wake up is a good day. Think of his legacy when he dies (which, just like his cheating, is undeniable): all the good he did, but he'll always be known as a cheater and a liar. I'd think that tarnished reputation and memory, that would cloud over any of the good he did, would be enough to have him own it so he isn't a liar, and proves a person can make amends.
I'd like to think a person thinks of that: "what will people think of me when I am no longer here?" Being a liar and cheater isn't how i'd want to be know, especially for the good that he (from what others say) has done.

The photos and videos are cherrypicked to tell one specific racist narrative and would be _easily_ refuted by Frank except now he has a medical condition... So let's hold that against him right? We definitely want him dying of a heart attack from some anonymous messageboard thread.

At this point I'd think that a 70+ year old, who has just been eviscerated on the internet for being a lying cheater, has nothing really to lose if he fessed up. I mean...at this point: "F it, who cares. I'm wealthy, I can retire comfortably and just slink off and live out the rest of my life in the shadows". BUT, and that's a HUGE...YUUUUUGE "BUT", he has to be worried because others knew. That isn't in question. Anyone who ran with him knew. And that means others were complicit in these lies. And i'd guess those people aren't as close to death's door as ol' Francis...and that's who he is protecting. His kid's long future, his friends a Loyola, his peers in his profession that knew. There are a lot of reputations that will get a GIANT TURD dropped on them if he did come clean, because they knew.

So the only marathon there is any confidence that his time is valid is Boston at 4+ hours? And did he cheat to qualify for Boston? For a guy who is thought of as a running hero by Loyola, it appears that his only reason for running was to cheat.

Poor old Frank, thought all had to do was trip all the mats (although on some of his non LAM efforts he didn't even do that) but he certainly had LAM down to a tee, but never in his worst nightmares did he expect this sort of photo sleuthing.

The only reason I am responding to you is that I think it's important to set the record straight.
Lotsa Racist Companions has ruined the reputation of a good Latino doctor.
I would like just one thing to come out of this. I think that phoney investigator owes Frank an apology. He needs to come out and admit that 1) he is racist 2) to never engage in any more targeted harassment (yes, it's a hate crime -- look it up) of the Latino community and 3) he will donate any revenue from his site to Atzlan which will only BEGIN to pay reparations for this injustice.
