The Deep State is the Permanent Bureaucracy of unelected bureaucrats who staff the regulatory agencies of the federal government and the Uniparty foreign policy.

Anyone that has worked in these 43 agencies knows they are made up of professional people governed by their job guidelines. With a variety of viewpoints. Just like every other organization. There is no secret liberal force guiding them in unity.

Is it reasonable in states where Trump was getting 55% and more of the vote that the late counted votes would come in at 90% and more for Biden? Why did this pattern only hold in the presidential vote and not in all the other races (90% + for Dems).
