No, note that his 30k split was slow, then he dropped 7:00s for the last 12k to finish.
Did this guy's prank just expose him as a course cutter? The last 1/2 at Philly is an out and back. The 30k mat is about a mile or mile and a half before the turnaround, so it would be easy to head back to the Art Museum a little early.
Leave it to the pathetic trolls of LetsRun and all the crazy Mike Rossi cult members to ruin a good thing.
Instead of this just being an amusing and somewhat mysterious situation that will likely be resolved when the race is run in a few weeks, we have a bunch of asshoIes attacking a seemingly genuine race director and some random podiatrist from Quakertown. Why couldn't this just stay on the topic of, "I think maybe they don't grasp the weight of what they're claiming or understand competitive distance running." Why couldn't we just let this woman run and find out how difficult it is to accomplish what she claims to have accomplished?
Why are you all messaging her on facebook? Why are you all contacting this guy who claims to be her coach and now analyzing the guy's race results? Why are you all thinking this is some mass conspiracy to trick people into registering for a 250 PERSON COMMUNITY RACE?!
At this point, I would actually be surprised if this woman runs. I was hoping she would run, likely fall SIGNIFICANTLY short of any type of record, and people would just feel sorry for her (and her coach's) naivety. Instead, this foolish little claim has garnered stalkers and weirdos that have taken all the fun out of what might happen next.
Finish Sunday Net 3:46:48
Finish Sunday Gun 3:48:18
Location Net Time Clock Time Time of Day Pace Pace Between
Start Sunday 00:00 1:31 7:03:37

Finish Sunday 3:46:48 3:48:18 10:50:24 8:38 /mi
Goes from almost 10 min pace to 8:41 after 30k in 2014.
So he possibly cut off 2.5 or so miles. That would explain and coincide with the fade in his pace up to that point. For example, you'd expect he was running into the 9:00's or 10's toward the end as he was out of gas. So, 7 min/mile over the last 7.6 miles as the splits would suggest is 56:12 then divide by what he "actually" covered (maybe 5.2 miles) and you get the pace he was actually moving, about 10:12. Seems to make sense.
Their fault.
The internet can be useful, it can also be a tsunami.

So Jill Greathouse rearranged spells "The Jealous Girls" Very impressive, but like others have said Jill Greathouse has already responded to people on Facebook and confirmed she is going for the record.
And we all know that everyone on facebook is who they say they are.

Hmm, you seem pretty upset. Personally, I am all for marathon cheats being exposed. Nobody is accusing him of anything just yet - their just looking into to things.
People reap what they sow sometimes
What's this Jason Rexing in trainers inside joke? I don't get it.

No, those are his splits. His highly, highly suspicious splits.
Not his splits- Go directly to the site. Philadelphia marathon 2015 results. Type in "Sedicum". I agree the dude is sketch but he didn't cut the course. There are two Sedicums- him and Victoria. Whoever pasted the splits here pasted both

Don't try to change the subject! We were talking about Jill Greathouse (and still are) and her coach (Austin Sedicum) who is now being investigated by the LetsRun Marathon Enforcement Committee for suspect splits at Philly Marathon.
his splits are consistently over 8:00 pace for the whole race. Victoria Sedicum's splits are consistently low 7:00s
Pretty sure this screenshot shows Austin Sedicum. Look at the pace between sections from 30k to finish
You're incorrect Mr slo-twitch, deliberately I'm not sure about
I love the marathon cheat threads, but this Jill Greathouse story deserves its own thread without being overrun with split sleuths.
And I'm all for unloading on the dudes if this turns out to be a hoax. But that's "if". I'm going to speculate on this board but leave the guys alone until we find out if it's a hoax or just delusion.

You're looking at the average -- his splits between markers is on the right, and it clearly shows 7:00 for the last 12K.

Then you are saying that is not his overall time? He put that time on his Athlinks page
I stand corrected!!! (thought it was pace between being displayed). My bad!
Austin you brought this on yourself. Why cut the course!!! Feel the wrath of LetsRun
I ran this race and it wouldn't be that hard for him to cut back to the other side of the road on the out and back after he hit the 30k
Sorry again guys, my bad in the reading comprehension. this guy definitely cut the course
