Jake will be over at the Drake Diner downing a milkshake by the time Paul finishes. He's only lost to him once all year, any distance.

I heard Phil had Jake run the 3k at nationals because he already told Paul that he was going to get to win the mile at nationals. D3 track is all politics. Trust me.

Right. It seems Drake is going to be fast this weekend. What would be an appropriate time conversion? I stand by 7 seconds/mile.

Current top 3 on the 1500 performance list (Campbell, Sebhat, Escher) will be facing off against one another this Saturday at the Drake relays.
Looks like there are is a slew of 4:00-4:02 milers as well as some 3:44 guys from d1 schools in the heat as well.
Predictions??
Sebhat won't handle the turn around and will run a blazing 3:51.

I heard J. Clark from WUSTL will be there, so expect the pace to open in the low 50s.

Right. JC ran a 3:53 1500 last weekend which he closed in a 49.2.
Donson Cook-Gallardo Dark Horse for the 800. Only person in the county with both faster 400 and 1500 PRs than Mitchell Black.
only person in the *D3* country with prs better than Black in the 800.
I don't see Donson on the Drake Relays start list
The heat sheets are screwed up in some events. New ones pending.
Still pretty good range even for D1 guys. Look what Nick Hartle from UCLA ran his Junior year. https://www.directathletics.com/athletes/track/4118362.html

Too bad they aren't going to be racing the 400 or the 1500.
How would Donson do against Ben Scheetz? If we can properly infer the winner of this matchup we can better estimate his chances against Mitch Black and predict with near certainty who is the better 800m runner without even needing to have them race each other.
10K- Horner FTW in 29:35.629
5K:
7. Cole Decker- 14:11.303
8. Tim Vazquez- 14:12.015
9. Zach Plank- 14:13.586
Donson Cook-Gallardo FTW in 1:50.87
Frey second in 1:50.88
Amy Regan throws down a 34:09 at Penn.
Factttttt 800 is a different animal
Sebhat has run 3:44 and anchored NCC to a dmr win at Drake. Was he sick at indoor or something? How is he so on fire now and couldn't even make the final indoor?
Marquardt mile at Penn relays. Predictions?
