Agreed. A six second 3k pr for gray and nearly 6 seconds in the mile for Thomson. Thomson ran 4:45 at SEC meet but rallied from that off day for a 4:33 today. Good stuff

True. I expected her to run well and score 5 or 6. A PR and 8 points was a great result. But I didn't expect any points from Gray or Thomson.

That was an incredible anchor for Athing Mu. You see those long levers going and you just see the near-term medal potential at 400 and 800. What a talent.
She was formerly training with The MVP. She transferred to Oregon late last year.
The “ lab” has done it’s job.
