This is such total crap. What are you trying to achieve with these lies? You don't even know the exact amount of your ticket? You can't tell us where? The only relevant question in that story is why did you obey and give him your papers and identity?
What kind of neighbourhood it was for you to obey like a sheep? If you are a real runner, you could have just run out of trouble in a place where they can't find you. It's very easy in neighbourhoods.

I don’t see that happening here in California.... I run mostly in the morning but sometimes in the evening & when I’ve ran near La Jolla around sunset I’ve seen quite some people outside. Mostly walkers & a few joggers. However, early mornings are literally lonely up until 9:30 when people start going out. I always see cops & they haven’t said anything.

In defense of OP's posting history, I always use imperial around people who use imperial and metric with people who use metric. Kills me when Americans refuse to learn the conversions.
