rupp is good for 203 marathon, right from the get go.
205 is like his average good day.
so if he goes in a major marathon and no one shows up, he can win.
or if the top 3 guys, by fluke don't bring their A game, he can win.
but the 10k, you have to be in 2640 shape at least and close with a 53, which is a tall task,
and still no guarantee of a medal.
basically Rupp, can get the AR and maybe a bronze in the OG.
same as last OG.
you do understand that Rupp ran with Kipchoge nearly all the way in the last OG.
of course you forgot.
this speaks no doubt of 203 ability.
