Didn't the testers come a day later than they announced (based on the twitter pics)? That would be hilarious, if done on purpose.

I can't see them announcing the test dates or taking bribes. But they like to close an eye whenever possible (beef-Wilson, airport-Rollins, missing tests Coleman, doorbell-Farah, salbutamol-Froome, off-score-Paula).
And often times they simply appear helpless despite large scale doping - even Armstrong was never caught by USADA until after retirement.
