A very good question that I've considered many times. My parents are old, my brothers work in the area, and our family has been in that community for 3 generations. It would be quite a poor reflection on our name. I'd much rather shoulder the guilt than sully the good stead that the aforementioned has established.

And yes, the ability to smash our Sunday

runs was noticeable. Physiologically, I don't know the mechanism; but can assure you that I was not the same athlete I had been previously. Perhaps there was a mental/placebo affect that played a part if what you say is true?

Grice and Musagala's improvement is almost EXACTLY the same.

Grice first broke 3:40 at age 20 with 3:38 and Musagala first broke 3:40 at age 21 with 3:38

They were both 3:35 runners in 99% of races as seniors, both had run 3:33 a few years ago both have 1:45 800m PBs from a few years ago and both broke through with 3:30 this year.

Grice is 25, Musagala is 26.

You are EXTREMELY dense to not draw parallels between these two athletes.

Using hardly any oxygen at all? You're using all the oxygen you can get. EPO would theoretically increase your oxygen carry capacity and both delay oxygen debt and increase oxygen intake per breath.

Your statement would basically assume that EPO doesn't work on marathoners. That's just borderline Renato.

No bad Wiggins is right. During a long slow run oxygen intake rate is much less than a mile run for example.

You operate at highest VO2 max at events such as the 1500, mile, 2000m and 3000m.
