Trump has been credibly accused of rape and sexual harassment by numerous women. He has made countless public comments that are insulting and demeaning towards women. I think a female sports team is allowed to decline an invitation to hang out with this dude without being hypocrites.

A couple more things, Megan admitted in this speech that she has said things that she should not have said. She tried to put aside her anger and hate, why is it not possible for one trump supporter who posts on this thread to try and do the same?
It's amazing to me how this speech elicited so much hate and anger from posters. But I guess if you love Trump ( which I don't understand either) and she attacked him before so it kind of makes sense.
But it was a great message that she didn't have to make. She could have used her forum to further attack trump. It was her crowd and they would have loved anything she said. But instead she gave a speech of peace and unity. We all know if Trump was with his crowd cheering him on he would never have done the same. Trumpsters you know this is true. Even trump supporters should appreciate what Megan said and what she didn't say.
Her choice not to go for the photo op at the white house does not detract from her message.

That was a crummy speech. I don't want to come together with Rapinoe's camp and she doesn't want to come together with mine. There's very little we agree on and we want to live in very different worlds. Her camp is STILL trying to get Trump thrown out of office.
