Try this as a warm up for sprint sessions. I’d ditch the jog you’re doing as it’s not really necessary. Keep your speed sessions about speed.

This is the warm up so yes, you start cold. However, try doing this continuously as intended - you’ll warm up damn quick.

I’m not a fan of sprinters jogging. If you’re priority is improving the quality and power output of the 150 foot contacts you’re going to do in the session why give the body the stimulus of 1000 sloppy jogged contacts to confuse matters when there are plenty of other ways to raise your body temperature and heart rate?
