After last spring, i really dedicated over the summer and ran 6 days a week, with 2 workouts every week and a long run every 2 weeks. I averaged 82 mpw over the summer with a peak of 107 miles.
I reset all my Pr's over the summer and also in september for the half marathon.

10k 34:34(new)
5k 16:53(new)
Mile 4:58(new)
Next up is a marathon coming up on Sunday in Frankfurt, what should i aim for? I think i will shoot for 2:39. Would be enough for a debut.

Raced today in Frankfurt. I had the best race of my life and a huge breakthrough.
Result : 2:34:36, after passing through halfway in 1:16:20.
Being my first marathon i decided not to play it safe and went out with the 2:32 pacemaker, approaching half i let it go and somehow just had the power to hang on, last 2k were still 2:37 marathon pace so i never really paid for going out so fast.
Next up, Valencia 10k on December 1st, i don't have any expectations, just to go and smash my PR. Next spring, i surely want to try another marathon, still to decide where, but i want a fast one to try lower my PR yet again. I just want to see where my ceiling is. P.S : I raced in a pair of Nike Zoom Fly Fk, so no VF.
