Hard to watch those rabbits - less than stellar performance there. They went out quick, settled, then almost kicked at the end to hit the 800 target. Second guy looked back a million times. I'd be annoyed if trying to relax behind those yo-yo's. I guess you get what you pay for though...

i'm interested in this as well.
his stride has always looked to be more of a 5,000m runner than a 1500m. which is crazy because he's an amazing 1500m runner (medals, placing, positioning,PB/times)
if he can get his heart into it, i bet he could do some special stuff in the 5,000m. he negative split an 8:41 in high school
Ingebrigtsen seems to have grown a few inches since last summer and he looked very strong and easy in destroying this field.
Quite impressive. I would not be surprised at all now to see him picking off some medals in the future and running at least 3:30, like his brothers but better, faster.
Seriously. I'd think they'd be able to afford a decent compressor.

Kids will be kids. Jakob learned, matured a little. Can’t say the same for LR, unfortunately. Every stupid little mannerism is critiqued to death because fools got nothing better to do.
When are people going to realize that watching humans run around in circles is slightly more boring than cars driving around in circles? Then we require that distance runners act like robots whenever they have a singlet on. Bolt gets to celebrate for 5 minutes after his 9 second race, yet is generally adored. Have you ever watched the long/triple jump? Let the kid celebrate! At least the NFL finally figured out the product was slightly more entertaining if players could dance with their teammates after a score.
