Change the password and don't give her any notice. If she asks, tell her to get her own account. Not that complicated.
1. Change your password.
2. NetFlix allows you to set a question/answer if you forget your password. Change your challenge question to , "Who gave you the best sex you have ever had?"
3. Set the answer to your name.
She will have to type your name to get access.
