Stupid workouts before State meet

You want this person's kid to coach himself? Eventually, maybe, but that is asking a lot.

Race pace on the track or in the fields? Done on the track race pace should be fairly easy.

I'm enjoying all the butthurt in this thread. Classic letsrun.

The workout ended up being the second longest of the entire season. The highest total was 6000m done two weeks ago. And these are 20 to 22 minute hs girls, not 15:30 boys! lol

If all these girls are 20-22 minutes 5k runners, how on Earth did they make it to the State Meet in the first place???
