Right. It was 4 miles continuous. Or so I was led to believe.
Who has access to this? I can't get on Instagram or wherever it was but saw it briefly somewhere a couple weeks ago. Anyway, for those you who've reviewed it more recently than I, wasn't there a 3-mile a 5 flat? Maybe this was before the 4?

It seems to work for Bmart. But who knows if she would be better or worse with a different type of training?
She is tough and her workouts reinforce and build that toughness.
Martinez just ran 15:40 for 5k at Carlsbad so I'm calling BS on this workout.
