I will educate you. You can have a max 400 speed of 59 and run under 29 minutes for 10000m and under 14 for 5000m. So of course one could have 59 400 speed and go out in 2:12 in a 5000m race, for example.
Abusive ad hominem. My post uses a reductio proof. First, I deny the claimed fact, that he can run only a 59 second 400m. Second, I assume the opposite, that he can run it, and demonstrate the absurd conclusion that follows, namely, that the speed decay of an undeveloped high school runner is better than the world record holder in the event, Kenenisa Bekele. But if something absurd follows from an assumption (that he can run a 59 400m), then that must be false. Hence, he cannot run a 59.
