As far as 1996 guys, these guys are good in the 5k and up distances but would get crushed by Blake Haney in the mile...
Just a note here- Fisher destroyed Blake Haney in the PAC-12 1500m this year too.

I want an apology from the OP. Grant Fisher did not win the 2017 XC championships. Only 5th place that year. He's done okay post college, but didn't get it done at the NCAA level.
